On August 16th, 2004 Wilmington Blues ended its five year run as a bi-monthly literary journal. The editor's interests were elsewhere, in different media and projects. Many thanks to all of the amazing contributors to Wilmington Blues as well as the gifted staff of editors. Back issues of Wilmington Blues used to be available here, but now they are gone.
Blue Point Press, Inc. will continue to publish other zines in the future including the zine entitled "Quitter". This zine features the creative non-fiction of Trace Ramsey (editor of Wilmington Blues). Quitter #1 (May 2005), Quitter #2 (August 2005), Quitter #3 (October 2005) and Quitter #4 (May 2007) are available by mail. Another zine by Trace entitled "Cricket Bread" was set to come out in the fall of 2006. Instead, Cricket Bread became the idea for a blog about becoming a locavore in Wilmington, NC. Cricket Bread's first words came out in June of 2007.
